By accessing and/or registering as a User on the Platform, the User is considered to have consciously read, understood, and agreed to be bound by and comply with ELISA's Terms and Conditions.

ELISA's Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement and a legally binding contract between the User and the Platform Operator. If the User does not agree to any part, portion, and/or the entirety of ELISA's Terms and Conditions, the User is not permitted to access or use the services on the ELISA Platform.

These Terms and Conditions can be regarded as a master agreement, serving as a reference for regulating other terms and conditions, including but not limited to privacy policies or other provisions that the Platform Operator may create from time to time. By agreeing to ELISA's Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to comply with all derivatives of these conditions. The invalidity of any part or provision in ELISA's Terms and Conditions will not render the remaining Terms and Conditions invalid, unenforceable, or void.

By agreeing to ELISA's Terms and Conditions, the User is considered legally competent under Indonesian law and is fully responsible for all actions taken on the Platform, including but not limited to interactions with other parties using the Platform, or other activities involving the User's account and third parties during access, registration, and/or transactions on the Platform.

If the User acts as an employee, agent, or representative of an individual, organization, business entity, legal entity, government institution, and/or other agency, the User hereby declares and guarantees that they are authorized to represent that party, and ELISA's Terms and Conditions will bind the represented party.
